Our brains are primed to be more successful when happy. Shawn Achor, Harvard PhD in Psychology, teaches a course he created appropriately named Positive Psychology. Prof. Achor claims that any individual performing a task while happy will be 5 times more creative and 2 times more productive.
So, whether you are playing with your children, washing the dishes or working from home, Think Happy. If you are writing a song, painting a canvas or redesigning your living room, Think Happy.
If you want to increase your income, don't bother with increasing your hours or working harder...Just Be Happy! If want your relationships to feel more fulfilling...Just Be Happy! Don't complain about the reasons why not, why me or poor me. Just choose to BE HAPPY!

I am grateful for coffee...
Everyday I write 3 things/people I am grateful for & why. I learned at a personal development conference (with Liberty League) that it increases happiness & thus the quality of life.
My top 5: My husband because I strive everyday to be a more kind, joyful, successful & spiritual woman due to his example, encouragement, intuitiveness, knowledge, care & friendship;
my sons because their playful spirit brings me full circle in life and their dependence on me fulfills a need of mine;
the elements-air, fire, water & earth because of the connectiveness I feel with nature & the reminder that every one thing or being effects all others, also because all life & nutrition stems from these basic elements;
financial & time freedom because freedom is a choice and my choice to work out of my home and be an entrepreneur has afforded my family freedom from debt collectors, arguments and struggles, as well as, provide a private school for my son, multiple business ventures for my husband, to be home for my newborn & travel around the world to enjoy it's beauty;
and last but not least, coffee. Yes I said coffee. Coffee & tea has been a reason for friends to gather, has aided in conversation, has contributed to the economy, been a source of income for people free from desk jobs and in touch with the environment, and has given much joy to me in tasting its smooth, dark richness, although a carcinogen and a detriment to my liver, I enjoy thee.
Look soon for other gratitude(s) coming soon…such as, the universe, it’s Law of Attraction, ocean water, sky lights and many, many friends & family.

Be Authentic
Thousands of business and promises. Most of them are possible but perhaps not probable. I know the feeling.
For more than a year now I have been running a business from the comfort of my home office assisting others in their desires. Many have achieved 6 & 7 figure incomes but others have not. Why is this?
It is not because of the opportunity because networking is the number one source for new millionaires every year. It is not because of the product line because my product line is part of a 9 Billion dollar industry.
It is because of Belief in One's Self. Every time you tell yourself that you will accomplish a goal and fail, you break a promise to yourself. Over time it becomes routine to break promises. You become, hurt, bitter and quit. Give up all hope of a better past. Be authentic with yourself! Old programming is "old." New programming begins this instant. It is that simple! Anytime you suffer from doubt - interrupt the pattern with belief. Example: I do not think I am good enough to generate a 6 figure income...v...I believe I am capable & worthy of a 6 figure income because I am deserving of the home I desire, the traveling I dream of, and most of all, my family deserves all the organic & healthy foods, a waldorf education and time with mommy & daddy that they want! Almost every child wants a pony...wouldn't you like to teach your child that he/she is worthy of want he/she wants and thus buy that pony!
Be Authentic! Believe in Yourself! Create the Life that you are Worthy of!
